Last week, amidst a lot of media hype and as Sandra Rose notes, “truck loads of cash” for marketing purposes, white rapper Asher Roth has only sold 67,449 units compared to Rick Ross’ 152,873. On top of that he said some really dumb shit. First there was that “Nappy Headed Hoes” comment on his Twitter and then he gets caught out there again for saying dumb shit about “black rappers.” Smart move Ash, keep this up and you’ll be lucky if you even make a blip on the rap radar.
