When Hillary Duff hit the streets of New York in the COOGI X Rag & Bone crop sweater the paparazzi were quick to pounce.  Overnight her pictures cycled the globe in celebrity and fashion sites, in blogs and on social media – including an Instagram post by Ms. Duff herself.
