Returns & Exchanges

At COOGI, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. You have 30 days to return or exchange item to us. If you wish to exchange and item or return an item for a refund, you may call customer service at 212.273.3304 or email us at customerservice@coogi.com to request a return authorization.

All products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unworn and unwashed with tags and labels still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value, and we will adjust the final cost as needed.

For orders withing the U.S.A. a return label will be emailed to you to send the item(s) back to us at no cost to you. Print the label and affix it to the package. Upon return and receipt of the product, COOGI will exchange, refund, or credit the item. 

NOTE: When shipping product back to COOGI, customers should choose the shipper that shows on the label. Please take note of the tracking number indicated in your return label, as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.

For orders outside the U.S.A., customer must return the item at his/her cost.  Any shipper is acceptable as long as they provide a tracking number so we can monitor the return.  An exchange will be shipped at our cost.  Please contact us in advance of shipping at customerservice@coogi.com to inform us of any return for exchange or refund. We will provide the address  to ship to at that time.
