This Limited Edition COOGI water-resistant hooded jacket is packed with techinical features.  An ample hood which feataures a zip closure under the chin and drawstring to cinch the hood tight, - capped with metal pulls embossed with the COOGI logo.  Deep pouch pockets with metal zippers and metal pulls embossed with with our logo.  Inside, a drawstring to pull the jacket tight at the waist - and, elasticized cuffs.  Finished with a metail COOGI badge on the left chest.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

At COOGI Australia, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully.  You have 30 days to return or exchange item to us.  If you wish to exchange and item or return an item for a refund, call Customer Service at 212.273.3304 or email us at customerservice@coogi.com to request a return authorization.

All products must be returned in their original condition in original COOGI packaging - unaltered, unworn and unwashed with tags and labels attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.  Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value, and we will adjust the final cost as needed.

For orders within the U.S.A. a return label will be emailed to you to send the item(s) back to us at no cost to you. Print the label and affix it to the package. Upon return and receipt of the product, COOGI will exchange, refund, or credit the item. 

For orders outside the U.S.A., customer must return the item at his/her cost.  Any shipper is acceptable as long as they provide a tracking number so we can monitor the return.  An exchange will be shipped at our cost.  Please contact us in advance of shipping at customerservice@coogi.com to inform us of any return for exchange or refund. We will provide the address  to ship to at that time.  Please provide the name of the shippper and the tracking number so we can monitor the return.

Cancellations:

We begin processing orders very quickly, so we are unable to cancel an order after it has been submitted.  We will email you a pre-paid return label and we will issue a full refurnd we receive the return and process it.
